Help With Alpha Channel?

Hi,

Sorry for bursting in here but I need a little help in Shake. Which I'm still in the learning progress.
So yesterday I received some Material from my friend of a animation that he created in LightWave and was rendered it out as a tga, with a Alpha channel a course.

If I view the Material in the Color mode I see a Planer,
400) {this.resized=true; this.width=400; this.alt='Click here to open new window';}" onmouseover="if(this.resized) this.style.cursor='hand';" onclick="if(this.resized) {window.open('http://www.the-project-mayhem.de/Picture%201.png');}" />
but when view it through the Alpha mode the Planner is not visible.
400) {this.resized=true; this.width=400; this.alt='Click here to open new window';}" onmouseover="if(this.resized) this.style.cursor='hand';" onclick="if(this.resized) {window.open('http://www.the-project-mayhem.de/Picture%202.png');}" />

Now what would be best way to do this Composite so the Planer is not visible?
Or maybe somebody could give me some tips which Nodes would work best to this Composite so the CGI matches the Video Footage?

Big Thanks

your links are dead so it kind of hard to see what going on. i could give you some more input if you like if you could get the pic up again. thanks

Just use MMult, or comp using an Over with preMultiply option turned on...

You should give a look at the manual, understanding what's behind premultiplied and unpremultiplied images is really important if you're trying to learn Shake or any other compositing package.
