I have done some work with maya, but recently I have been unable to click on the tools on the left hand of the screen such as the manipulators. I can still use the hot keys to select them but not the mouse. Also I cannot right click on things to bring up options such as right clicking on an object or the time slider at the bottom to delete a key or something.
Hmm... Sounds exactly like your mouses click isn't bound to what you think it is bound to. Theres relly nothing in maya to my knowledge that could affect this. Chek to see if your left mouse and right mouse button have swapped? Its a simple setting is the operating system or the mouses driver.
