Help With Weights

 I've been having trouble with this one model that I've been working on. I've left an example of whats happened below. I started painting weights and then the vertices's pop into some odd position that seem to be fix on the camera. I was wondering if you can give me a clue as to whats going on here and how to fix it. The help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a much,
Anthony Vargas

purge small weigthts.. or select all those vertices and open componentEditor and look for skinWeights.. put 1.0 in first column - this should "fix" problem unless You have weights locked (unlock before!). After paint weights a little to have those vertices deforming as desired.

OK this may sound dumb to most but...How do I UNLOCK the weights?

ain't it sane before to pick a lock to see if it is not unlocked already?
attributeSpreadsheet and paintSkinWeights tool windows would help in this.
and I guess You should read manual about soft skin concepts, in order to work with them.
