I'd like to thank whoever is locking job posts but I'd like to mention a couple of things.
Usually first time job posters forget to put any contact info in the post. We do not want job hunters sending resumes using the PM system. For one these first time users usually do not have their prefs set to receive email notices that they have received PM's and this means that resumes may sit in their inbox for weeks.
So the procedure is to move the erroneous post to the job corral, edit the users prefs to receive email notices and then send them a message asking them to repost with contact info in the job post.
