Highlight transform tripod axis?

I would like to put the highlighting of the axes of the transform tripod onto a hotkey. Nothing echoes in the script editor for selecting an axis. Anyone know how I mgiht go about this? More specifically, I really want to do this in my UV window as I switch between move and scale.

You can't unless you know the secret/undocumented flags of the texMoveCtx and texScaleCtx tools.

Normaly the flag would be something like:

texScaleCtx -edit -activeHandle 0 currentCtx; // X axis
