in hotkey editor have a bug (1/2 is here)
if we attempt to rename the existing command;its existing hotkey goes !
plus.
in real.the name isnt changing.but also it creates another hotkey command and it does not delete
old command and its hotkey.
to avoid() this what people does :
1.delete the hotkey.
2.delete current hotkey command
3.create new hotkey command fill its codes.
4.create new hotkey for that (if you dont forget the old existing one )
I assume this not depends of an unqulified hardware problem .
