Hi guys, I recently purchased the 'Iguanadon Rig 3D Model' here on Highend3d but I am having trouble downloading the file. I get an 'Access Denied' page when I click to download the file, and I haven't heard from any customer services people in days. Do you guys have ideas how I may resolve this please, or if you've had this issue too?
