Ok, i see i needed to turn on the back face culling. But I still have a question that is driving me crazy.
I now have the backface turn on, so the poly's aren't double sided.
Yet, if make a plane and position my camera on the top and press the IPR render button (render the current frame) it renders the surface. But if I fly behind it doesn't. Regardless what is the orientation of the normals. If I flip I get the same result from the two views of the camera. It sounds like the IPR is ignoring the normal orientation.
Why?
