How do i unlock translatex axis?

Hello,

WHen i try to move an arm model around, I can't. the values on the channel window on the right are locked.  WHen i go to CV mode and select all of them and move it I can, but when I try to freeze transform it, it says translateX is locked.  How do I unlock it so that I can move it around normally?

Select the channel and click witht he right mouse button and select unlock.
