Hi i downloaded the true glass shader then added a custom phong to it's colour and brownian bumped it and came up with this:

tweaked it a bit to this:

brought down the lights to get more specular highlights and brought one of the spheres closer to see if it was easier to make out:

it may need a lot of tweaking depending on your lights and stuff, basically messing with the bump map itself (doesn't have to be brownian could be image or fractal etc) which does all the work here, and maybe bump depth and transparency so nothing too major. i've hosted the mb as well so you can have it to check render settings and whatnot.

ps mr only as it needs photons etc and it isn't quick to render (640x480 4mins/frame on dual 3ghz xeons!!)
