Not really, thing is you can sortof do this but its on the very firnge of whet its supposed to be doing*. Thing is maya is more of a visualisation tool than a scientific suimulation engine, So if you want to de scientifically accurate visualisation then do the simulations in one of such engines and import it into maya for render. So the real question siwhat accuracy do you need and how much work are you willing to spend on it**.
*and i hdont have the time to go hacking around on your behalf for free, atleast not just now.
** and no theres no such ting as how it works in reality, ALL simulations approximate something. So if thats what you relly want wait a 100-1000 or so years.
