animate your cameras position / meaning everywhere you want a cut, place the camera at it's new position but key it as stepped, this way it won't try to move from one position to the next when you hit play it will stay in one spot untill it gets to the nect key and move tpo the next spot- you can set stepped in your animation prefs.
-Only thing is if your going to use motion blur, you will have one f'd up frame at every cut, in this case you can download the camera_main tutorial at www.3dlinks.com in the tutorials section, scroll down to the bottom of the first page when you get there and it's on the left... What it does is you create a main render camera- but this one you don't actually position anywhere, you then create a different camera for each cut and use a script that points each of those cameras to the camera main at there designated times, when playing back and rendering...
-Other than that composite, render out each shot seperate and sequence them together in AE or something / editing program..
-good luck
