How To Make Movie Twilight Effect?

I recently saw the movie Twilight and I noticed this effect that was really awesome. The lead vampire stood in the sunlight and all his skin was covered in glitering diamonds.
Does anyone know how to make this effect or is there a macro I can download?

Good chance that required some 3d to get that effect. It didn't look as simple as a macro.

the only way to do sutch things without going to a 3D body is to use the highlight of your object.
It will not do it on many situation, you need you have already some bright little area.
Let takes the exemple of you wearing a jacket with some of these things of silvery round paper that you can stick on clothes.
or whatever catch the light. Once in shake you just key the highlights, reorder your alpha in the color and use a macro or plugs like the tinder starbust, that give you a little glowy star on highliths. You add or screen that on top of your comp and hopfully with the natural light change that will give a sparkly aspect.

yeah it would require some 3D work but if you want some nice little glints and glares and such on the highlights there is actually a pretty fun little macro here called "twinkle" under the filters section. i never actually used it for anything but ive been looking at trying it.

Hey boys! I seem to be catcing you everywhere WELL! WELL! WELL! .D'ont I look like a weirdo trying to make something sparkle again. Let me explain that I base most of my prodjects for children's fairytales hence the sparkles, glitter and anything that can add some magic to my 3d animations like fairies, sorceresses, magical creatures etc.
Now let"s get down to buisness...Where is this twighlight macro or the other one mentionned? It sound so juicy i'm salivating ha! ha! God I wish I knew How to but my project on this site so I could be more specific. Oh well, for now It will have to do. Many thanks.
