How to pronounce "Softimage"?

Hi everyone~

I wanna know that how to pronounce the word "Softimage"? Is it just simply pronounce as two seperate words "soft" and "image" together or any other things else? beucase i heard two of my friends doesn't pronounce this word like me.....

actually, I heard it was pronounced

soft i marj

soft image is how I used to pronounce it, until I was told be so many soft vet's that that was the wrong way to pronounce. Nowadays, I call it something else tho'.

So, which pronounce is the right? Soft-image or Soft-i-marj? any other pronounce ?? all opinion are welcome for this topic~~

the 'soft i marj' is the most commonly used pronounciation.

I have Jeremy Birns Secrets Of SoftImage Video, and he pronounces it like that too.

I've always heard it with the accent on the last syllable:

soft-ee-MAAJ

This coming from Langlois himself.
