I am doing a project where 60 cylinders are being used as neon lights and I want them to change color according to the sound of the music, they are supouse to be around of the main stage of a concert. is there an easy way to animate these. I want them to match the beat of the music so every beat they change color.

You can key colors. Simply open the shader and right-click next to the color attribute and select set key.
