Ik-fk switching problem

hii everyone,(my english is not much strong,plz try to understand)I have a problem in Ik switch to FK or viceversa during animation.when I switch IK to FK or FK to IK to arm animation,reset the animation of arm from previous key.What can I do for this problem,plz suggest me(I hope u understand my problem).

do you mean an iKfK match? matching the last pose of IK to FK (and vice versa) for a seamless switch?

really depends on the rig i suppose, there are tools on here that can help with that, not perfect but save time.
