Hi I seem to have alot of the camera outlines and image plane(Green) boxes now visible in my perspective.
Is there a way of removing them?

what you're are seeing are your orthographic cameras.... if you go to your outliner at the top you will see that those cameras visibilty is turned on. You can simply select them and control + h to hide them
