Imagineer Monet and MoKey

As I'm always on the lookout for a good compositor and editor, anyone here have experience using Monet or Mokey?

I am currently attempting to evaluate it for SUSE 9.3 but running into a single dependency issue (linbpng.so.2); tech support's advice should be helpful when I get the time to work through it, although they mentioned the evaluation RPM is optimized for Red Hat.

Anyway, they have a free eval of Monet and MoKey for Linux and Windows; worth checking out.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware they offered a trial version for studios/freelancers using Linux. When I get some free time I'll check out both programs.

As for your dependency issue are you sure it's "linbpng.so.2" and not "libpng.so.2"? Reason I'm asking is that "libpng.so.x" ("x" for what ever version) is for package "libpng" and the release that comes with SLP 9.3 is "libpng.so.3" which is newer.
