Does anyone know of a workflow for importing a 3DS Max Camera into shake. kinda like AE imports 3DS Max Camera via an .rpf file?
Find some way to translate it to a .ma file.
Save it as an fbx, open in Maya and save back out as a .ma.
thanks for the help. man, seems like a big workaround. thats a difficult option for me as i dont own maya or know how to use it.
Thanks for the tip.
try some of these:http://www.highend3d.com/3dsmax/downloads/...mport/2707.htmlhttp://www.highend3d.com/maya/downloads/me...gement/389.html
Also I was googling around and found this:
Camera converter v2.1 - Download - DocumentationCrossplatform camera converter (Xsi - Maya - Max)http://www.motionblur.it/
is it possible only in shake 4 ????? .... is it any method to import 3d camera to shake 2.5 ?? (may be somehow using move 3d node)
Hi Noomad,
if you can convert the camera data in to an text file in your 3D software, then you can import using "load expression" option in Move3D.
