Inverted Normal Map colors using Zmapper

3ds max 8: Low poly model generation
Zbrush 2.0: highpoly and normal map generation
Using Zmapper plugin
Hardware:

2 gigs ram

We are getting orange/yellow/green colors on our Normal Map when using the Using Zmapper plugin for Zbrush 2 for the back side of the character model.
Half the map colors are inverted.
If I select the odd color regions are inverted in photoshop they look correct.
Can any body tell me what may be the problem. Is there something that needs to be changed in either Zbrush or Zmapper?
If I create a Normal Map using just Zbrush, it appears correctly, but the detail quality is not as good as Zmapper.
