Is anyone still waiting for v2 as I am!

I still have not received XSI2 on an active maintenance contract, now Jan 28th with the release date supposed to have been last October???

I got the software all right, but I'm still waiting for my license... and the beta license expires in 3 days =/

We just got ours running on friday last week.

Big thanks to our reseller for not only getting hte software to us as promised, but they were also a big help in getting our licenses worked out as well....

Not to rub it in or anything, but I am off to play with the new toy!!

It looks like many people are having a real hard time to get their license. Since yours seems to work fine, could you tell us what is your reseller, so maybe other people will avoid problems by choosing this one?

Still waiting for ti to arrive, edu just released. Last time it took weeks just to arrive and wouldn't install properly, I figured it out but not with any help from journeyed where you're supposed to go for edu support. Contacted Soft for a better solution than the one I figured out, and they were very happy to respond and help even though I was edu. Hopefully getting an edu license will be as painless as it was last time, but I'm not counting on it based on commercial peoples experiences and who knows when Journey will bother to send it.

Our reseller is in the mid-west of the USA. I think Softimage has some deal that you have to buy from your local reseller. So I dont think that it would be helpful to people on this board to call these guys.

But my advise would be to get on the phone with your reseller and SCREAM bloody murder about why is it taking so long.

Maybe they can get on the phone to Soft on your behalf and jump start things.

4 weeks is way too long. I would be dialing like a mad man until I got some answers!

we are in new zealand.... so delays are almost taken for granted. (not entirely sure why....?)

well, the beta license expires today, and no proper license yet.

Luckily Softimage agreed to extend our beta license for almost a month more
