Is There A Biomechanics Plug-in For Motionbuilder?

I am interested in doing some sport-science research, using my motion capture system, and Motionbuilder.

I'd done some successful captures of my athletes doing their movements (jumps, kicks, sprints, etc).

Now, I need to find some way to quantify the joint angles, accelerations, etc, of the models in MB.

Does anyone know of any application that is available for MB which can do this? I feel like the odds are slim...but perhaps someone has developed a solution on their own, or maybe a commercial product is out there.
