If you want just the models from Poser, that's easy, export as OBJ and import into Maya. But you've probably discovered that already and are talking about transferring the animation and weighting and everything.
While I am unaware of any direct Poser -> Maya pipeline I know there are a number out there for Max -> Maya and Lightwave -> Maya. I'm especially fond of .fbx file importers/exporters from the Kaydara FilmBox guys for getting things into Maya.
Not the most optimal solution but it'll might work.
