If you look through or render an Orthographic camera in Maya, it will by definition not have any perspective. Or more strictly speaking, it will have an infinite focal length.
You can use the startup orthographic cameras (up, front, side). Or you can also turn any camera into an Orthographic camera by turning on the orthographic attribute. Alternatively, you can turn the focal length up really really high. Doing this will not actually be orthographic, but for all intents and purposes, it will look the same.
