Issue With Animated Snapshot

So I have a motion path with an expression written on the bank attr. 
The expression is working fine when I just play the animation.
But when I create an anim snapshot the geometry does not respect the expression & furthermore does not register
any bank at all.
Without an expression on the bank the snapshot works fine and follows whatever bank value is set.
Anyone know the cause or fix for this?

OK......I just did separate snapshots with different start and end points and bank settings to get what I needed. It's just surprising that an expression throws off the snapshot function like that. I did also try plain ol' key framing the bank attribute but this also seemed to confuse the snapshot function. Oh well.
