I went through the AAS CAD program at ITT and then started the Multimedia program in Sylmar, CA. After 2 weeks there I quit because I personally felt it was a joke. Durring the time in the CAD program I ended up helping teach a lot of the class and found the other students asking me if the instructor was correct when he was trying to explain some of the math to them. Don't get me wrong, I personally love helping people when I can, but I don't want to feel I am wasting my time and money for the limited level of training I was getting from their program. Please note that I may be a little biased in responding to this question, due to the fact of my personal experience with some of their "instructors" if you can call them that. LoL
Anyways, I personally think the ITT multimedia program is just that. Multimedia geared towards kiosk and illustration design. If you want to get into the animation and modeling field I'm sure there are better programs available for you elsewhere. I have never heard of AI or Digipen, but I'd give them a second look. I decided to re-start my career path off at The Gnomon School in Hollywood. After visiting them, and from some of the other people I've talked to, they seem to be what makes the most sense for me and my needs. If you have not looked at them, you may want to. Even if you cannot relocate here, they offer a very nice DVD training package with a reasonable price for students.
