Lensflare Node Questions

Hi,

I've been planning to build a few lensflares to learn the node. I have a few questions about the node as there wasn't much about the node in the help files.
First of all, how can you have just one position and have multiple lensflare nodes use this, is it only with expressions or is there an automated feature in the
node for this? When using the "Multiple Flares" option, is it possible somehow to move the flares in X and Y, not just in the "diagonal" lens axis? If anyone has
any good tips on the node, I would love to hear some. Thanks. It seems that there are exciting times ahead for nuke, so I'll be hanging around for a while here.

did you have a look at the tooltip help? there is quite a bit of info in there for that node.

yes, you'd just use expressions. the easiest way iis to ctrl+drag the animation icon for the position knob from one node onto another so you don't have to type the link by hand.

I don't think it is as it wouldn't make much sense from a "physical" point of view (unless the lens wer warped or something). I guess you could fake it by simply offsetting the flare wth an additional transform node.
