Limit history panel lines

Does anybody know a way to limit the number of lines in Maya script editor history?
i.e; if the limit and current number of lines in history panel is 50 and a new line adds to history, the first line should be deleted from the panel.
Anybody?

Its possible to clear the history each time omething happens. It will bog down your maya and ultimately it will not accomplish anything usefull as any user who wished to see the listing could do so anyway (because they can counteract this functionalty).

So elementary no its not possible, even when it is it does you no good.
