you can do it one of two ways, probably more..
1- create a two node camera, position the second node of the camera on the object you want it to be oriented / aimed to and parent it to that oblect- you move the camera it stays pointing you move the object it stays pointing..
2-you can also constrain it using an aim constraint, select the camera then the object and go to constrain>Aim, you may have to adjust the aim direction, just select the camera and see wich axis it points down and use that axis as the aim vector..
