Looping Problem

hi forum,

i have a problem to put another variable into a double loop.

there is the existing double loop with $x $z
the name of the ffd starts at 13 and ends at 153. how can i set up this loop.

so for example.
panel_0_0 has the connected deformer 13
panel 1_0 has the connected deformer 14
panel_2_0 has the connected deformer 15

panel 0_1 has the connected deformer 20
panel 1_1 has the connected deformer 21
panel 1_2 has the connected deformer 22
...

does anybody has an idea how i can solve this looping problem????

int $zTotal=20;
int $yTotal=140;

for($y=0;$x<$yTotal;$y++)

for($x=0;$x<$xTotal;$x++)
{
{	for($z=0;$z<$zTotal;$z++)
	{
