Making A Continuous Shot From Two?

How does one achieve a seamless shot from an outside jib shot that moves towards a house? The shot has to move from outside the house, and then the camera goes through a window, or french doors to a balcony. The shot needs to continue on inside and focus on a couple that is still sleeping in their bed. This will be a steadicam shot. What kind of layering needs to take place? Do I green screen the window? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've not done this effect personally, but read about someone else doing something similar recently on Creative Cow at http://magazine.creativecow.net/article/fi...e-shooting-does.
They used a natural barrier for a transition by having the camera come down from the sky and enter through the roof. You might consider window curtains or even the closed French doors as your transition element.

Otherwise - morphing the two similar to what FCP does in Smoothcam?
