I have a character rig which is essentially a suit of armor (its a space suit) that is made out of polygon objects parented to a skeleton. There is no skin weighting - just the solid objects parented to joints. What I would like to do is have a wind force hit the character and have pieces of the armor fly off in a sequence that I can key. Is there some sort of pin that can be pulled at different times to have piece fly off in the wind. I am experienced with Maya, but new to dynamics.
Any help you could give me on this would be greatly appreciated.
