Marking Menu For Pivots?

Hey has anyone found reference for this? Like when you hold w,e or r on a viewport the options show as marking menu (local, world, etc). Ive been reading a lot of maya mel on the startup folder but cant find where this stuff is located...anyone has seen it? thanks!

put echo all on and use whatis like this:

whatIs buildTranslateMM;

repeat same for whatever menu you want:

buildSelectMaskMM;
buildRotateMM;
buildScaleMM;
