You don't. In maya 2011 you could try to use QT, or you can try to use the windowing api of your operating system for this but not with normal maya interfaces. Yes, true there used to be mechanism for this but it got disabled.

I created marking menus.If i load from default path(MyDocuments\maya\scripts) its fine.If i load from custon path(through maya env-usersetup.mel),its keep on loading(if close and open maya again).so how to overcome from this problem.
