interlaced or progressive?
if the first, you'll want to deinterlace for the track, then decide if you want to re-enable interlaced rendering for the final composite.
if it's progressive, try making the inner box a bit bigger and denoise/deartefact or simply blur the clip somewhat. play around with a one point tracker until you found a way that you get good results, then use the same settings for 4 points.
in worst case, use several 4 point trackers and average them and link the matchmove to that..

ps: i generally avoid the matchmove node because i've read about some bugs, not sure if that's still valid, but using a stabilize node and switching it to matchmove should be save.
pps: and tell the camera operator to reduce sharpening a bit next time
