I am on the hunt for a way to assign more than 15 material IDs to shaders in the materials editor.
Essentially what i'm doing is assigning material IDs to shaders used in different scenes and then rendering out .rpf files so the shaders with IDs can be manipulated individually in combustion as a part of the post process. Unfortunately it looks like I only have 15 IDs to work with which is super limiting.
Does anybody know of a work around, or a script that creates more ID channels?
(I've already tried the object IDs, and the material ID assigner in the poly properties, neither of which do the trick)
