looking good, though there is something that's sending my mind to Jester's Quests.....for a clown face he's pretty funny, but if you really want him to look more like a real world character, you should add some details and not only texture....tell me what you really want this character to be and I'll send you more speciffic personal oppinions...

Thank You, i have another version of it (below). Please give your opinion about this one. 
I'd make his clown hat more organic looking. Right now it seems quite stiff, almost wooden looking. And the collar needs an edge, it looks too sharp if you leave that infinitly thin edge there. His lower lip is also kinda weird, it looks too flat. Also, his eye sockets need some work, it looks like you have too many indents.
I think it's a good start. Just keep at it.
