Maya Equivalents In Max

Hello guys,

I would like to ask if anyone can point me to a link or something where I could see most, if not all, of Maya's terminology, tools, procedures when using 3DS Max.

Right now, I'm really interested with the 3DS Max's equivalent for Maya's selection constraints. I want to find out how can I select or double check the number of nGons in a particular object.

I'm using 3DS Max 2009.

I too am interested in this, but perhaps on a more generic level. I know I asked this before but is there a UI config or preferences config out there somewhere that closely matches (i know it won't be perfect) Maya's way of doing things?

I realize that it's best to learn the software, but I don't even know where to begin. I'm trying to do the same level of work in Max that I've been doing in Maya and it's frustrating. It's like trying to run, same concepts are there, but you keep tripping over your legs (software).
