Looking to make a fairly low resolution hair mesh for human female. I want the hair to flow and bounce in a relatively convincing manner. Should I use nCloth, or hair (attach the mesh to a few hair strands)? Any tutorial links?

I would use Maya hair, but only use the dynamic curves, nothing more, then hook up those dynamic curves on splineik's who are being driven by that curve. Ive done so before, it worked out quite well.
