I'm trying to build muscles for this model and I'm running into all kinds of problems. The first problem I encountered was trying to convert the smooth skin to a muscle system. Every time I would do this it would give me an error saying the pose was not achieved, so I looked up the problem, and found out that I could use this script to force the current pose on it, dagPose -reset -name dagPosex (bindPose2 for me) and then I was able to apply the convert smooth skin to muscle system thing, but then every time I moved the rig the actual skin was moving off of the rig and was all stretched out and stuff, its a huge pain in the ass, I've been trying to figure it out and I cant. The second problem is that I tried getting around the first problem by selecting all the bones and converting them into muscle/bone then selecting the mesh and applying a muscle system skin deformer, then selecting all the bones, then the mesh and going to muscle objects/connect selected muscle objects, then I would create the muscles, connect them to the mesh, but when I tried to paint weights on them, it pulls the mesh back to its very first pose, like the pose that I imported the original mesh in. I really hope somone can help me out on this because its kind of ridiculous, I've spent 7 hours trying to figure it out. I have both the scene files if you need to check them out.
