maya on mac

hello. does anyone know how to use the "Insert" key function on a mac laptop that doesn't have an insert key? (I need to move a pivot point, and was wondering if there's another way to do this funtion.)

I used to have access to a mac powerbook with maya but I don't anymore and I'm not sure I remember right. But if I do remember right, then the "home" key has the same function as the "insert" key on a pc. Which means that on a laptop (at least on the powerbook I used) you'd press "fn+'left arrow'".

if that dont work then just go to the window-> Settings/preferences-> hotkey manager and cnahge the key!

I have a Mac G4 powerbook. The insert key is "d"

That's because the key for changing the pivot point on the Mac version is the "Home" key not the insert key.
