Maya Sdk For 8.0? Please Help!

Hello,
I'm trying to compile a Collada export plug-in bundle for Maya with OSX's X-Code and the Collada software developers (Feeling Software) have told me to locate the appropriate Maya SDK version for version 8.0. I searched my installation discs and found nothing with regards to an SDK. I also searched the contents of the Maya app file, but all I found were docs on the Maya API. I searched the internet as well and people mention an SDK in the devkit folder, but I didn't find such a folder for Maya after searching my computer (and installation discs).

I am a complete noob to compiling so could anyone out there PLEASE help me find the Maya SDK for Maya 8.0 Unlimited? I'm on a Mac, running OSX 10.4.11. Thank you.

It is in the maya installer. Do as if your trying to install maya and pick "custom install" and check the maya sdk box(uncheck everything else so you don't waste time reinstalling maya).

I tried installing the SDK from my installation disc, but there were tons of errors...

I uploaded my error log here.

Could this be the SDK for a PPC rather than Intel Mac?

oh, your on an intel machine? Maya 8.0 is ppc only. They didn't add intel support till Maya 8.5 and above(v.8.5,v.2008,v.2009).
