Well for game developpers point of view theres only 5000$ to loose. As only the cinematic scenes would benefit form the features in umlimitted. I mean complete has all poly modelling tools, nurbs modelling tools, all texturing tools...
The only things it odesnt have i cloth, hair, fur , fluids, live... Wich is why most geme companies have a buch of complete seats and then maybe a unlimitted for those cinematic scenes.
The features in unlimitted wont help the game development team to the least, you couldnt port fur to your game eingene for example, and while you could port a fluid sim to the eingene it would be the same as animating the whole thing (besides its for the geme eingene to do this). LIve makes little sense unless your game uses realworld backdrops, not many do.
Of those extra plugs in unlimitted the only ones that are usefull is hair for some rope animation help, and maybe cloth! And even then exporting them is a bit of pain.
But they are still a bit overboard! I mean you can save 5000 for something you hardly ever need. Wich can be done in other ways too cheaper.
