View, Local, Object and World are already available open the move tools option windows and switch to them. You can move on View using the "box" at the center of the move manipulator and if you p-invert selection on components ress controll and one one of the axis you will constraint the the box in the coordinates you press too (hope makes sense try and it will ).
The reference move over another object and or components would be a great additios all the other you mentioned.

I see the point of something like that but it's quite easy and fast to undo the last operations right now.

When you create the UVs you can check "Insert Before Deformers". But it would be usefull to be able to reorder them (I tought was possible but I could not find a way right now). This would be very usefull indeed.
