what brand do you guys recommend?
What mother board do you have ? some boards don't like some ram ...

check your motherboards hardware compatability lists;
make sure you don't require registered or ECC memory.
If they don't have any such lists; corsair is a pretty good brand that I'm very happy with.

No problem.. I never used Gmax but if you didn't know it is a standalone modeller..
There is however a program called Gmask that is a japaense image editting program.. didn't know that until after I took the moniker. I have also gotten to know gmunk as in gmunk.com.. there are other G's floating around too..
