Mental Ray Rendering Slow

Hi,

i created a object for that i need to do mental ray rendering but rendering takes long time means very slow i have 4 gb ram and MY system is AMD Turion X2 so .....................plz suggest me what shouls i do to get fast rendering ..........

you'll have to give more info about your scene and the settings you're using

Also define whet you think is a long time, I mean one second can be a long render time, but also 2 days can be a quick render, as it depends greatly on what you do.

See full volume caustics with ray marched shadows, full fg at 10 bounces at 10,000*10,000 pixels IS SLOW NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
