im a newbie to 3d and i am thinking about buying a mini workstation. Has anybody had experience with them and are they worth buying.
Things you have to consider are what are your needs and what is your budget? For example a full tower workstation provides the space for large storage, RAM 4 GB +, dual processors (ie: Intel Xeon w/EMT64 or AMD Opteron), space for cooling (fans, heat pipes or liquid).
