Missing External Files

Hi there,

I have a model in which i need to strip it of all its materials including any image maps, i've deleted everything in the material editor but i still get the error message when i open the file, there seems to be many window boxs (Asset Tracking)in which i can view the missing file(s) but none in which i can delete the reference to it.

Can anyone help??????

hey dude its quite simple

select the material slot

next select the place where you gave map example the diffuse slot it should still have m on it

next click on m or go to maps panel and right click wherever you find map address and select clear from the pop up menu

this will delete all the maps address that are present on the slot
