Mocap Of 'walkthrough' - Fps Style Animation

Does anyone know if there's a way of mocap'ing the walkthrough navigation? (shortcut: arrow up). I need to create a FPS style camera animation.

The mouse mocap input device only records either vertical or horizontal input, not both. And I would need to record the movement from the asdw keys too, prefereably at the same time.

I've tried just hitting auto key and playback the timeline whilst navigating in walkthrough, but this didn't quite produce the results i was after.
