"More than one object matches name" error

Hello all,
I am working on some blend shapes for lip sync. When I duplicate my 'Head' object, I get the following error "More than one object matches name: Head1"
I went throgh every single thing in my scene and could not find any item named Head1. Is this going to be a problem for me later, when I go to do keyframes, or can I just ignore it?

Also, I have another question...I am using CPS for the model...do I have to run the script on my targets or will the base update from low poly targets?

I think I found the problem.... under duplicate option, Group Under was set to new group, not parent...am I right? Someone with a bit more knowledge, please confirm?!
